We are at Joe Wheeler State Park Marina in Rogersville, AL waiting for the Looper Rendezvous to start tomorrow.

There are no events today, so we just hung out and visited with people here at the docks. About 15 more boats arrived today. A big Sea Ray from Decatur, AL docked on one side of us and a 43' Mainship docked on the other side. The Mainship is from Missouri. We enjoyed meeting folks on both boats, and we have some mutual acquaintances with the Decatur contingent! Small world!

This afternoon on the docks was like being at a boat show. Lots of people walking up and down looking at the boats. The beautiful day attracted many "Sunday Lookers" to the Park to see the multitude of boats assembled for the Rendezvous.

Tonight we ate dinner at the Lodge with other Loopers after doing docktails up by the pool. Most of the Loopers were at Docktails and it was a big event. The weather continues to be great. Fall in Alabama!

Tomorrow the show begins with registration in the afternoon and dinner and evening events.
